Glen Helen Raceway
What riders say
Glen Helen Raceway is one of the most legendary motocross venues on the planet, a true bucket-list destination set on 256 acres of dramatic terrain in the hills north of San Bernardino, just minutes off the I-215 near Devore and Glen Helen Regional Park. Home to AMA Pro Motocross and World MXGP race days, its big-elevation National Track is world famous for the sweeping Talladega first turn and the towering Mount Saint Helen climb, where riders crest the flag pole and drop roughly 22 stories back to the valley floor. Riders consistently rave about the scale, the history, and the pure spectacle of riding the same dirt as the sport's greatest champions.
The decomposed-granite hillsides give the surface a unique, ever-changing character, and the facility offers something for everyone with multiple tracks including the Arroyo Vet Track, the E-Bike/PeeWee Track, the Stacyc Track, and a Short Course Truck Track. With rider showers, on-site bathrooms, the Glen Helen Museum, a Walk of Fame, plenty of parking, and regular Thursday and Saturday practice, it is a welcoming, hardcore-fan-friendly home base for SoCal motocross. The mix of beginner-friendly courses alongside the demanding National layout makes it a venue that genuinely caters to every level, from first-timers to professionals.
