THE MX FACTORY

REFUND, CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

Effective March 2, 2026

Purchases made prior to March 2, 2026 remain subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

This policy governs all registrations, purchases, and services provided by The MX Factory.

1. MERCHANDISE

All merchandise sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of digital training materials, all online course and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. IN-PERSON CAMPS & CLINICS

Rider Cancellation Policy

To protect operational planning and nationwide event logistics, the following applies:

  • 60 or more days before camp date: Full refund available upon written request.

  • Within 60 days of camp date: Registration converts to Training Credit.

  • Within 72 hours of camp start time: No refunds or credits.

  • No-show without notice: Registration forfeited.

Training Credits:

  • Equal to original registration value

  • Non-expiring

  • Valid at any MX Factory camp nationwide

  • Transferable to another rider upon request

4. WEATHER POLICY

Guaranteed Spot Protection

Motocross is an outdoor sport. Camps will proceed unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

All decisions regarding safety, continuation, relocation, or cancellation due to weather are made at the sole discretion of The MX Factory staff.

If Camp Is Canceled Before Start Due to Unsafe Weather

Your registration will convert to Guaranteed Spot Protection, which includes:

  • 100% Training Credit (non-expiring)

  • Priority access to the rescheduled date

  • Use of credit at any MX Factory camp nationwide

No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations.

18-Month Return Commitment

If The MX Factory does not return to the same track or within a 120-mile radius of the original canceled location within 18 months, riders may request a full refund of their original registration.

Refund requests under this clause must be submitted within 30 days following the expiration of the 18-month period.

Relocation Due to Weather

If weather impacts the original venue, The MX Factory may relocate the camp to an alternate facility within 90 minutes of the original location.

No refunds will be issued due to relocation.

Weather Interruption After Camp Begins

If a camp has begun and weather interrupts the program, no refunds or credits will be issued due to operational costs already incurred.

5. 2-SECOND TECHNIQUE TOUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind our training system.

If you do not improve your lap time by at least 2 seconds during a full Technique Tour clinic, your next Technique Tour clinic is free.

Guarantee Terms

  • Rider must record a full lap during warm-up before instruction begins.

  • Rider must record their best full lap during or after instruction.

  • Timing is the rider’s responsibility and operates on the honor system.

  • Mechanical failures do not qualify.

  • Track condition changes do not void eligibility.

  • Guarantee applies only to clinics that complete their full instructional program.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of clinic completion.

  • Free class credit valid for 12 months.

  • Limit 2 guarantee claims per rider per calendar year.

Weather disruptions fall under the standard Weather Policy.

6. PRIVATE TRAINING

All private training sales are final.

Rescheduling due to verified rider injury or unsafe weather may result in Training Credit at the sole discretion of The MX Factory.

No-show or no-call appointments will be charged in full.

7. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

8. POLICY AGREEMENT

By completing registration or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Weather Policy.
