1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by The MX Factory (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the user, customer, or participant.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for a camp or clinic, or accessing any content provided by The MX Factory (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, customers, riders, parents, vendors, and content contributors.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
By using our Services, you represent that:

You are the legal parent or guardian of a minor participant and consent to these Terms on their behalf.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors registered for camps, clinics, or training.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Motocross and off-road motorcycle riding are inherently dangerous activities involving risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
By purchasing or participating in any MX Factory service, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

Track conditions

Weather conditions

Mechanical failures

Third-party actions

Travel to and from events
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
You agree that The MX Factory is not responsible for injuries, accidents, equipment damage, or loss arising from participation.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their own medical insurance coverage.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and schedules are subject to change at any time without notice.

All decisions are at the sole discretion of The MX Factory.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Limit quantities per customer

Cancel suspected reseller or fraudulent transactions
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve disputes may result in permanent banning from future registrations.
6. REFUND, WEATHER & CREDIT POLICY
All refunds, cancellations, weather interruptions, credits, and guarantees are governed by our official Refund & Weather Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By completing a purchase, you agree to that policy in full.
7. DIGITAL CONTENT
All online courses and digital products are proprietary intellectual property.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By participating in any MX Factory event, you grant The MX Factory the right to:
