Terrain

Central Texas soil; main and sand tracks groom to a soft, loamy 'cake mix' feel when prepped (ripped, disced, tilled, watered). Vet/training track is natural hard-pack and forgiving. Main MX track is progressive and challenging with large, well-shaped, safe jumps. Sand track is flowy with milder jumps and rides well in wet conditions. Roughly 7+ miles of single-track trail with technical sections plus easier loops; trails smooth/hard-packed in places with minimal elevation change.

Best for

All skill levels. Beginners and youth get forgiving vet/kids tracks and easy trail loops; intermediate-to-advanced riders get a progressive, jump-heavy main track and a flowy sand track. Also suits trail, dual-sport, and ADV riders, and families looking for a welcoming, coaching-oriented facility. It is The MX Factory's home base track in Lockhart.
