Terrain

Predominantly sandy Florida soil mixed with clay/loam; described as 'nice and sandy' and 'loamy' when groomed, but tends to firm up to hardpack by mid-afternoon. Mostly loose dirt with bermed corners, lots of tabletops and small-to-medium jumps, some elevation change, and a few trees. No rocks, mud, or water crossings. Main track ~1.5 miles, usually groomed for practice.

Best for

Beginner through intermediate riders, families, and groups with mixed skill levels; great for practice, ride days, and learning on safe jumps. Less suited to advanced/pro riders chasing big technical features.
