Alumni Early Access

You trained with us. You're up first.

Coach Tyler is running a 3-Day Dirt Bike Camp at Lake Elsinore MX, Tuesday, January 5 to Thursday, January 7. Three full days on one track, each one building on the day before. Because you've trained with us before, you have a $100 training credit for this camp.

The training credit expired on 11/7. Thank you for riding with us. The class is still open below.
Why a camp after a one-day class

Three days to own it.

A one-day class shows you the positions. Three days on one track is enough time to make them automatic.

  1. Day 1, Tuesday: FoundationsBody position, vision, throttle and braking. We build the base the next two days stand on.
  2. Day 2, Wednesday: ApplicationCorners, ruts, jumps and lines. Drills get faster and the feedback gets sharper.
  3. Day 3, Thursday: IntegrationLonger race-pace sessions. What felt hard on Tuesday starts to feel automatic.
  4. Already done a one-day class?Tuesday will feel familiar, and that's the point. Days 2 and 3 are where the camp goes past a one-day class: corners, ruts, jumps and lines, then longer race-pace sessions.
The core of the system

Drill. Laps. Repeat.

DrillOne skill, broken down and repeated until it clicks.
→
1 to 2 lapsGo apply it on the track, at speed, right away.
→
Next drillBuilds on what you just rode. Then back out again.

After every single drill, you ride 1 to 2 laps on the track and put it to work. Learn it, apply it, then the next drill. That rhythm runs all day, and it's what makes our program different from a day of drills or a day of riding laps.

A camp runs that loop for three days straight on one track. If you've done a one-day class, you already know the rhythm, so more of every lap goes to applying it instead of figuring out the drill.

What the research says

There is a reason we never run drills for an hour and then turn you loose. Motor learning research has found for decades that skills carry over best when you practice them in the setting where you will use them. So every drill goes straight onto the track for a lap or two while it is fresh. Feedback sinks in when you go apply it yourself, not when someone keeps talking. And your brain keeps working on a new skill after you leave. Studies on movement skills show spaced sessions tend to beat one long day, which is why a second class builds on the first instead of repeating it.

What great coaches say about practice

“The goal is to create a correct habit that can be produced instinctively under great pressure.”John Wooden, 10-time NCAA champion basketball coach
“You have to train the brain using repetition and building little blocks so that you've got a little wall.”Aldon Baker, motocross and supercross trainer
“Everything goes into the learning. Everything is a learning experience.”Ryan Dungey, AMA Supercross and Motocross champion

Real Riders, Real Results

What our riders say

300sec19 riders, timed on day one and again on day three. Added together, they came down 300 seconds.

From our first 3-Day Dirt Bike Camp Coach Tyler Livesay, summer 2026

19 riders. 300 seconds faster, combined, in three days.Coach Tyler timed all 19 riders on day one and again on day three. Added together, they came down 300 seconds. Every rider's number is different.
One rider, 27 seconds off his lap time.In his own words: his first holeshot start, plus help in the corners and ruts. Asked if he'd come back: "Oh, definitely."
Why training matters.Coach Tyler on day three: riders who'd been at it for decades unwound old habits, and the younger riders left knowing where they need to move on the bike.

Lap times were taken before and after that camp. Every rider's results are their own.
