The MX Factory “Win the Rebuilt 2007 Honda CR125R” Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The MX Factory LLC, 22417 Rock Wren Road, Spicewood, TX 78669 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. and of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The MX Factory LLC or its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins November 1, 2025 (12:00 a.m. CT) and ends December 1, 2025 (11:59 p.m. CT).
Winner announcement expected within 30 days of December 1, 2025 at 11:59pm via livestream and/or email.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entries

Every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases from www.themxfactory.com earns one (1) entry.
Bonus multipliers:

  • Nov 1 – 7 → 2× entries

  • Nov 8 – 9 → 3× entries

  • Nov 15 – 16 → 3× entries

  • Nov 23 – Dec 1 → 10× entries

Entries accumulate automatically in ViralSweep.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Mail a handwritten 3×5 card with your full name, address, phone, email, and the words “MX Factory CR125 Giveaway Entry” to:

Each valid mail-in entry = ten (10) entries. Limit one per person per day.
Must be postmarked by Dec 1 and received by Dec 4 to qualify.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a fully rebuilt 2007 Honda CR125R motocross bike (FMV $3,000 USD).
Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, title, and fees. Sponsor may ship or personally deliver the bike within the continental U.S. or Canada (ex-Quebec).
Delivery may be filmed for marketing; acceptance = consent to appear without additional compensation. No cash substitute.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Random drawing conducted by ViralSweep from all eligible entries. The drawing will be recorded and/or livestreamed.
Potential winner notified by email and must respond within 7 days.
Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or Canadian equivalent.
Failure to respond or provide forms = forfeit; alternate winner drawn.

7. Taxes & Reporting

Prize FMV $3,000 USD. Sponsor will issue Form 1099-MISC and file Form 1096 with the IRS. Canadian winners are responsible for applicable income or import taxes. Consult a tax advisor.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use name, likeness, voice, image, and city/state for advertising in any media without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase odds.
All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
Tampering or fraud = disqualification. Decisions of Sponsor are final.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Entrants release and hold harmless The MX Factory LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
Entrant agrees to defend and indemnify Sponsor against any claims related to their entry or use of the prize.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue exclusively in state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Winner List

After verification, the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state will be posted on www.themxfactory.com and @themxfactory social media on or about Dec 6, 2025.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to residents of U.S. & Canada (excl. Quebec), 18+. Begins 11/1/25 & ends 11/30/25 11:59 p.m. CT. Purchase = 1 entry per $1 spent; see site for bonus dates.
