For the Mistry family

This one is yours. No other riders, no other families, no waiting for a turn on a bike. For 90 minutes the track, the bikes, and Coach Spenser belong to the Mistrys.

Five bikes are already picked out and matched to your five riders: a KLX 300, a CRF 250F, a CRF 230F, and two CRF 125Fs. They will be fueled, checked, and lined up before you pull in. All you bring is the family.

We run the same Learn to Ride progression that has started hundreds of first-time riders in Lockhart, paced to your five instead of a group of strangers. Whoever needs more time on the clutch gets it. Whoever is ready for laps gets laps.

See you at Spoaks.

Your bikes

Five riders.
Five bikes, already matched.

Rider 1
KLX 300
Kawasaki
The big one. Full size, for the tallest rider in the group.
Rider 2
CRF 250F
Honda
Full size, smooth power. Easy to start and easy to like.
Rider 3
CRF 230F
Honda
Full size with a lower seat. Forgiving and predictable.
Rider 4
CRF 125F
Honda
Mid size. The bike most first-timers learn on.
Rider 5
CRF 125F
Honda
Mid size. Same bike, so the two of them can ride together.

Helmets, jerseys, and pants are provided with every bike. Riders wear closed-toe shoes or boots, long socks, and gloves if they have them.

What your session includes

Everything a Learn to Ride session has.
Only your family on the track.

Private track time

Spoaks Moto Park is reserved for the Mistrys. Every drill, every lap is run for your riders and nobody else.

Coach Spenser

Spenser Wilmot, a Learn to Ride coach certified by The MX Factory, runs the whole session with your five riders. Nobody waits in line for attention.

Five bikes and gear

One bike per rider, sized to each of them, plus helmet, jersey, and pants. Nothing to buy and nothing to haul.

The full progression

Bike fit, clutch and throttle, braking, turning, then laps on the beginner loop. The same steps every MXF first-timer follows.

Paced to your riders

Five riders in one family means we move at their speed. Whoever needs more reps gets more reps. Whoever is ready to push gets pushed.

One checkout

A single purchase covers all five riders, all five bikes, and the full 90 minutes. No per-rider forms to chase.

Your 90 minutes

From bike fit
to first laps.

0:00
Gear up and bike fitHelmets and gear on, each rider on the bike picked for them. We walk through the controls before anyone starts an engine.
0:10
Clutch and throttleFeet down on flat ground. Finding the friction zone, rolling on the throttle, stopping clean. Nobody gets rushed.
0:30
Cones, turns, stopsShifting, turning, and braking drills. Repeat until it clicks for every rider, not just the fast learner.
1:00
First lapsThe beginner loop. Riders who are ready run laps while Spenser works with anyone who wants more time on the basics.
1:30
Helmets offPhotos in front of the container, a quick debrief on what each rider should work on next, and the grin that comes with all of it.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so gear fitting does not eat into your riding time.

Your coach

Spenser Wilmot

Spenser coaches The MX Factory's Learn to Ride program and private lessons at Spoaks Moto Park. First-timers are his specialty: kids on their first 50, adults who have wanted to do this since they were twelve, and whole families in one session.

He teaches every level of the Learn to Ride progression, from the first clutch release to confident laps, and he paces each rider on their own clock. Nobody gets rushed and nobody gets left standing around.

The venue

Spoaks Moto Park

Your session runs at Spoaks Moto Park in Lockhart, Texas, The MX Factory's home track about 30 minutes south of downtown Austin. It is the same dirt every MXF Learn to Ride session runs on, and for your 90 minutes it is closed to everyone but the Mistrys and Coach Spenser.

Bring water for everyone and sunscreen. Anyone not riding can watch from beside the track with a clear view of the beginner loop.

Good to know

Questions

Does anyone need riding experience?

No. This is built for first-timers. The only requirements are that each rider is at least 3 feet tall and already knows how to ride a bicycle. Balance carries over, and that is the one thing we cannot teach in 90 minutes.

What should the riders wear?

Closed-toe shoes or boots, long socks, and comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dusty. Helmets, jerseys, and pants are provided. If anyone owns gloves or goggles, bring them.

What if a rider wants a different bike?

Easy. The five bikes on this page are matched to your riders, but we can swap sizes on the day if something does not feel right. We keep the whole rental fleet on site.

What if it rains?

Central Texas usually dries fast. If the track is unrideable on the day, we move your session to a date that works for the family rather than running it in the mud.

Is there anything to sign?

Yes. Every rider signs a waiver before riding, and a parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18. We will send it over ahead of time so the first ten minutes are gear, not paperwork.

Can the rest of the family watch?

Absolutely. Anyone not riding can watch from beside the track with a clear view of the beginner loop. Bring a camera. The helmet-off moment is worth it.

Who do we talk to before the session?

Carson at The MX Factory. Reply to the message that brought you here or email info@themxfactory.com and we will get every detail squared away.

The Mistry session

Let's get to work.

Ninety minutes, five riders, five bikes, one track. Reserve it and we will prep the bikes and get the waivers to you.
