Green River MX
What riders say
Green River MX sits along Highway 99 just 20 minutes north of Whistler, nestled against snow-capped mountains with rolling ribbons of dirt winding through dark green forest. Run by a team of dedicated volunteers who love the sport, it delivers an old-school, family-friendly motocross atmosphere where you show up, park next to your buddies, and roll out whenever you're ready. The setting is pure West Coast wilderness, trees, mountains and a little river, and the relaxed, low-pressure vibe makes it one of the most welcoming places to ride in the Sea to Sky corridor.
The layout is built for progression, with small to medium jumps, berms and whoops that let riders build their skills without having to clear big doubles or gaps. A dedicated tykes track and beginner sessions mean everyone from tiny kids on PW 50s to experienced riders in their 50s and 60s can find their pace. Volunteers continuously groom and water the track to keep it safe and in good shape throughout the season, which runs from as soon as the snow melts until the fall weather rolls in.
